The AKYC is a three-day regional student leadership summit organized by the Ayala Young Leaders Alliance – Dumaguete CityChapter in partnership with Ayala Young Leaders Alliance of Cebu City Chapter, Local Government Units, School Organizations and Non-governmental Organizations that aims to: 

• Build the confidence and hone the leadership skills of the young leaders

• Expose the potential leaders of the possible avenues of service

• Instil in their young minds the value of responsible and principled leadership

• Form them into individuals of nationalistic and idealistic perceptions and actions

• Encourages them to become faithful stewards of their communities and the country’s future

The 2nd Angat Kayumanggi Youth Camp (AKYC 2011) will be held this coming 20-23 December 2011 at Kalinawagan's Beach Resort.
